Purchases of digital content and in-app items are generally final, except where required by platform policies (Apple App Store, Google Play) or applicable consumer law.

Store purchases

For purchases made through Apple or Google, refund requests should follow the store’s refund process. We may assist when a technical fault on our side clearly prevents access to purchased content.
